Confirmed from Big Branch Bike Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Big Branch Mountain Bike Park was built about two years ago (2020) and is a great place to take beginner - intermediate riders to build skill on their bikes. Beginner course is about 1.5 mile, intermediate about 4.5 miles. Very fun, flowy, non-technical. More trails being constructed here as well.

Awesome trail! The beginner trail is around 1.6 miles and is a nice trail for everyone. The intermediate trail was around 4 miles and follows the terrain with numerous hills and turns. The trails are clean with very few roots. I was able to pull a tag along bike with my 5 year old riding. He loved it.

Great for beginners and children. Beautiful ride through Gods wonderful nature. I just wish they added a trail with table tops and some higher speed trails. But what’s there is well built and maintained.

Absolutely love Big Branch. I like to run here, while the kids bike. So beautiful, great trails, well maintained! My kids like both loops.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🌲 Natural surface / singletrack 5 mentions

“There is not as many roots when compared to blue clay bike park and Brunswick nature park, which I find little to no roots to be nice.”
