Confirmed from Big Finn Hill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Big Finn Hill Park
A great place for a get away in the middle of town. Hiking trails, The Lodge with hotel, restaurants and lounges. Special events like the British Car show. Venue for picnics, weddings, or just play.
Good dirt and a medium size trail network, but lacking in intermediate to high level features. Fun trails for cruising but maybe not those looking for a challenge
Amazing Park with something for anybody. Baseball fields, playground areas, picnic areas, lacrosse field, lots of trails and many other benefits. One of the best parks you can experience. The grounds are kept up nicely and there are two restroom areas. Drinking fountains available if you forget your water.
old guy here. These trails are nearly became hiker only in the early 90s it wasn't for bbtc volunteer members who really did a lot to save it. Terrific fun place for all to enjoy!
