Confirmed from Big Rock Park Central's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Nice quiet peaceful place to relax after a long day.”
Really great park! Lot of trails good for walk and running. Tree house is really nice!
Been here on a rainy day with family. It is very nice for a walk. The tree house is lovely. We love the sound play of Lady Mary who created this local gem for her grand children.
Nice place to go for a walk. Trails are well maintained and plenty wide. City workers, staff, and volunteers have done an outstanding job. When the word gets out about this park it will not have nearly enough parking. Beautiful garden behind the main building as well as restrooms.
Such a cute and fun little place! Has a very cool and amazing treehouse that you can explore, beautiful details and bridges! They even have fun binoculars you can borrow to peak out the windows at the beautiful scenery! There is a beautiful garden to walk through and take pictures at!
