What runners say about Big Springs Loop Trailhead
We mostly did the Veterans Trail and parked at the south end near the cemetery. The views are nice for being so close to the city! A few different paths you can take and doable even in winter, not too muddy. Dogs are welcome as well as bikes so look over your shoulder for cyclists.
Nice easy trail. There is parking down the hill. Very open so bring a hat and sunglasses.
Great place to hike, bike, or run in the early morning. Perfectly crisp fall mornings.
