Confirmed from River Pointe Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 4 mentions

“A very peaceful place to go fishing, easily handicap accessible, with parking in three lots, There are ramps going under both sides of the bridge.”

Fun 3 mile walk with dogs can park near River Pointe Apartments walk with river on right walk on paved bike path past nice homes with gardens and cross bridge and turn right and walk on dirt trail path that doesn’t allow bikes and eventually need to cross busy road to get back to car.

★★★★★ — Brad , Oct 2019

This park is a very nice park for walking around the park and enjoying all the different kinds of trees, shrubs and types of flowers here for people to enjoy. There is not playgrounds equipment here or anything’s else for the children to play on or with.

★★★★☆ — Timothy , Jul 2025

One of the better parts of the greenbelt for shade. It is a great place to walk when summer heat makes most parks unbearable. Beautiful trees, low key, and the neighborhood gardens on the south side of the path are worth the walk by themselves. Makes me want to improve my own backyard more.

★★★★★ — Gina , Jul 2017

Fishing is always good. People are friendly. Greenbelt runs through as well. Not a place for young children to run freely though the water is fast moving and deep.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
