Confirmed from Bill Yeck Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring winding, well-marked trails for hiking and running, as well as soccer fields and playgrounds.
What runners say about Bill Yeck Park
“Miles of clean and well maintained trails through forest, over creeks, and among meadows.”
“Beautiful views along the trails that cross the creeks with fun stone paths.”
“Lots of trail variety and good signage that will allow you to easily mix and match trail segments.”
“Lots of trails—both improved trails with gravel for easy walking as well as some more rugged trails for a good hike or trail running.”
One of the best walking/hiking trails in Centerville in my opinion. Very well maintained. A good amount of shade on the trails. Campfire pit use by permit only. Beehives that are fenced in. Bunch of cool things to see. Highly recommend.
Our favorite park to go to as a family to hike. Super family friendly and pet friendly also. Very nice trails that incorporate lots of water crossings! Definitely would recommend!
#TeamClark decided to hike Bill Yeck Park in Bellbrook, Ohio this afternoon! This trail is right at three miles long if you hike the entire loop. There were a couple of detours throughout the trail today which prohibited us from completing the entire three miles.
The trails at this park are excellent. They are well maintained and well marked. The views along the orange trail are great. The orange trail follows Sugar Creek for a good distance and has access to the creek at quite a few places. There is also a boardwalk over wetlands. The parking area is fairly large.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceBoardwalk — flat and scenic, and slick when wet, so watch your footing
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
