Nice place for kids, families and dogs. Paved path with a big loop and short cuts between for the little ones. Plenty of birds and other wildlife to see.
Absolutely gorgeous area. I loved it. The paths are beautiful and so is the scenery. I saw a ton of various birds, and it was just so magical!
First time there. A very nice walk between the various ponds full of fish and birds. I was greeted by a rather large soft shelled turtle the second I got there who was basking on the bank. And I managed to spot and photograph about a five foot alligator just taking in the sun. All in less than a half hour!
Good place for a morning walk or jog. The Florida Strangler Fig Tree is a thousand year old piece of mother nature's art piece. Nice views of the marshes and a variety of bird wildlife.
