Confirmed from Caloosahatchee Creeks Preserve (East)'s own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Visitors can view the wetlands here on a raised boardwalk or canoe on Popash Creek.

“The white trail doesn't have much shade though and was pretty swampy at this time of year (November) so if you're going that route pack sunscreen and a ton of water!”
“That’s about it but the trails are very serene and easy to navigate.”
“It was really nice and quiet.”
I wish Ft Myers had more parks that allowed dogs. I was pleasantly surprised with the trials here. You could easily spend 2+ hours exploring FL nature. Trails are easy to walk (dirt & boardwalk) and well maintained. Parking was tight but there was a big family taking pictures that day.
This is one of my favorite places for a trail walk. It's always clean, there's fee parking, the paths are mostly shaded and more than half of it is boardwalk. A lot of trails around here don't allow dogs so this one wins for me, hands down.
Walk this park every other day with the Mutt. Nice easy going 3 trails about 2miles in total, I trail gets gets soggy in the summer. If one is feeling more energetic follow the river loop it's 3 miles but be careful in the rainy season the river loop might be impassable.
Took the kids to this park today. It was really nice and quiet. We didn’t see many animals. A couple birds, lizards and a dragon fly. That’s about it but the trails are very serene and easy to navigate. The kids loved that is was dog friendly and we ran into several others with their furry friends.
