Confirmed from Black Bob Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Black Bob Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (1,325 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 9 mentions

“Everything is nice and clean, there are all different types of nationalities of people coming together, bringing their kids to the park just to have a good time.”

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“Has playground equipment for all ages even up to bigger kids in the 10-12 range!”

Walking trail needs improved to be more continuous and more directed along tree lines and nature. It tends to wind around sports fields and parking lots with many endings making it hard to find how to get back on the trail.. The park is large and beautiful with many play things and sports fields.

Didn't realize how fun this park is. They have batting cages, a few baseball fields and a small scale water park with a basic concession stand and a huge paved walking trail. I will be back to enjoy more fun.

Amazing experience while walking at the park. I thought it was just a pole but when I zoomed using my Google Pixel 7 Pro, that's what I saw. It's picture perfect.

★★★★★ — Ai , Aug 2023

Always enjoy coming here! Black bob park has a good-sized municipal park with little bit of everything for everyone: a nice small pond, a long walking trail around the park, multiple pavilions/ bathrooms, baseball fields, a jungle gym, and a pool in the summer.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 5 mentions

“Clean family restrooms during season.”
