Confirmed from Blackhawk Park East Entrance's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Well-kept park with benches, beautiful trails and playgrounds, plus picnic tables.

“😀 i like bringing my dog here also, she loves to run & i can keep good eye on her!”
Beautiful trail. Extremely well-manicured. The overall trail is not too long but it's so beautiful that it's easy to walk the length back and forth if you'd like a little bit longer distance. Great little areas and benches along the trail to sit and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding areas too.
My boys love this park. Its close to our house too, bonus! We always bring sand toys & if there are other kids there, they all want to come play with the sand toys too!😀 i like bringing my dog here also, she loves to run & i can keep good eye on her!
I love this quiet, shaded, easy to walk park. The creeks that run through it and the good amount of squirrels and birds appear happy in this ‘foresty’ type park. Close to home, never crowded it is a favorite destination for me.
A great place to walk and just to browser. Many people walk there with their children and dogs or just by themselves. The trees are a plesant sight especially during the spring and summer. Love it!!!
