Confirmed from Blackhawk Park North Entrance's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Blackhawk Park North Entrance
This is a really neat area to stroll around. It has a cement trail surrounding the stream and a lot of trees to help provide shade. You can stop on the bridge and spot bullfrogs, ducks and even the occasional turtle. My sons love to visit as often as possible.
My favorite place to go walk, see the creeks and small animals enjoying their home. Very quiet and never too busy to enjoy the beauty here.
