We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Blackstone Boulevard Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is by far one of my favorite places to go running or enjoy a long walk. The center median is a beautiful path through well maintained trees. There are so many different types of trees and they are all spaced apart well so that they take an open-grown shape versus forested.
1.5 mile linear park in a nice neighborhood. Street parking is easy, and the stroll is lovely especially in the fall.
This park is a hidden gem in the heart of the city - a peaceful, tree-lined space stretching 1.5 miles end-to-end. Its length makes it perfect for a leisurely stroll, a brisk walk, or an out-and-back run. Flanked by quiet roads on either side, it feels more like a serene promenade than a bustling thoroughfare.
Ever since coming to America. It has been one of the greatest pleasures joy ever walking the path like that’s taking us to the prehistoric lines of Rhode Island. I find absolutely beautiful.
