Confirmed from Blackstone Park Conservation District's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This open-space area with woods, meadows & ponds offers walking, fishing & nature viewing.

“The river is not that nice and smelly, but the park is really nice and the trails are challenging and beautiful.”
“With sidewalks near the water, and clearly marked trails in the woods, this is a nice park to visit for a short walk anda great place to bring a dog.”
Beautiful park in Providence clean well managed .The whole loop will be around 45 minutes. The park requires you to put your dogs on a leash however many will leave thier dogs open.this is the only reason I gave it 4 stars .Due to this I would feel safe to take kids in this park.
Terrific hike area with a variety of terrain. My dog absolutely loved it! The only issue was a person walking their dog off leash. Another lady was doing the same but put the leash on as we approached. The second person did not. He's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
I loved this park. I went there in a rainy day in April. It's near the river and you can have a good walk/run and enjoy the scenery. The river is not that nice and smelly, but the park is really nice and the trails are challenging and beautiful.
Great Place to go for a Walk with Your Dogs,As long as you pick up after Them...Not A Dog park Though..

Plan your run at Blackstone Park Conservation District
The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
