Convenient entrance to hop onto Blackwater Creek and feel like you are in the woods without leaving the city limits. The asphalt trail is a place to walk, run, bike, or chat with friends while enjoying the outdoors.
This is my favorite part of the trail! It has many offshoots and goes on forever. Beautiful trail. Parking at the school. Pretty flat, but there are a few hills. All paved.
I love the tunnel, cools you down wonderfully on a hot summer day while out on this bike path/walking path.
While the paved path was popular, the trails we ran into very few people. It was nice hiking with our dog.
