Confirmed from Blodget Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small, quiet respite featuring open green space, a nature trail & a brook for fishing.
What runners say about Blodget Park
“Not a big park but that's what makes it a calm and serene place to go for a walk or simply use the parking lot as a park and ride”
Very small but cute. No tables, just a nice place to stop and stretch your legs or maybe lay down a picnic blanket. There's a short, un-paved walking trail behind the court area that runs beside the Brook and then back into the trees a little ways.
Nice place since it is located in Manchester area. Great for dog walking and just a walk in general. Very quiet and not over crowded ever. Usually just a few people if any using the area so it's nice and quiet.
The park part could be up-kept better. But the woods and trails are very nice and follows the brook!
This place means a lot to me. While very small, it was the closest park to my childhood home, just a few houses down and across the street. The trail is quaint and a very close to the manchester gardens parking lot complex, however, go a bit further to the stream and you may find serenity.
