Confirmed from Arms Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 6 mentions

“A peaceful place to relax and enjoy water views & sounds.”

Beautiful and peaceful. The place is great for walking and jogging, and it is close to the downtown area as well. A must visit from out of town.

I love going for a walk alone or to distract the mind, I love being able to bring food and sit down to enjoy my food w the sound of the river. It's a super quiet area.

★★★★★ — Yamila , Feb 2023

Located behind the UNH it's a beautiful riverside area to watch the stream and walk alongside the river.

★★★★★ — Farzona , Jan 2020

Small but beautiful park with art on the main steps and the supports for the bridge above it. The river flows faster than you'd expect, so it's nice to walk down and listen to the sounds of the water.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
