It was pretty fun and a really nice view but I’m leaving out one star because my sister and I found a hand gun in the river (we reported it and the police came and took care of it of course). But yea real pretty area and a nice relaxing walk but it’s Missouri, what are ya gonna do.
Nice, shady trail with excellent views of the river! Most of the trail is packed dirt, so with a heavy rain 2 days prior, there were a few areas of standing water and some areas that were extra soft. None of the trails are marked, so we were glad to have the trail map on my husband's phone!
An easy walk along Blue River, a shady trail that was well traveled. There were lots of families and people playing in the water, fishing, biking and walking their dogs.
Between the Water and finding More Deer Legs it was a great day to be on the trails today. Both dogs had snacks along the way.
