Such a lovely hike. We loved hiking here until we ran into a guy and his dog who were camping. He seemed okay when he saw us (before saw his tent) but my son and I felt a bit uneasy and decided to go back the way we came instead of hiking the loop which went right by his campsite.
Blunt Creek offers a pleasant 45-minute hike, ideal for anyone seeking a quick outdoor escape. While not overly challenging, the trail includes steady elevation changes and a couple of scenic lookout points.
My friend brought me here on one of our weekly walks. He said it was described as a "hidden gem". Boy was he right! I wouldn't want to hike here alone because it was very isolated feeling even in the middle of town. It was on a weekend and still not many people were using the trails.
Quiet little park in the middle of one of the coolest neighborhoods in town! There's a decent sized field for relaxing, picnicking, or playing fetch with a dog but what I enjoyed most was strolling down the trails alongside the road and checking out all the amazing jaw-dropping houses!
