Confirmed from Boise Bend Natural Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Absolutely beautiful yet brief trail alongside a peaceful river in town, it’s also fairly quiet compared to the other nature areas in the city. The pup was a fan!
Relaxing green zone. Cool views for ornithologist with ospreys, cranes, owls, ducks, and many more varieties. Great for dog walks!!! Might see musk rats, otters, or mink on the river. Great for cricket and frog sounds at night. Fun short trails.
It IS open! Very short 0.25 miles but the Big Thompson River flows by and it's a nice sit! Also I found a happy rock there. My dog really enjoyed the sniffing!
Great little park. It has a short trail which follows Big Thompson and goes by a bunch of nesting trees. Great bird watching and solitude!
