A hike up to the lake from the parking lot is easy and short. The trail is wide and well maintained. The lake is simply gorgeous. The trail around the lake is not as nice. Tends to be a tad dark and you often don't get the view of the lake.
Wonderful trails! About an hour long at a quick pace round trip from the parking lot up the hill, take a right and go counterclockwise around the lake.
A quite pleasant, not very long, but good fun up-hill hike to the Boston Lot Lake nature area. Other trails connect West Lebanon to Hanover and Lebanon.
