Went to a car show there this morning & it was fun! For a fairly small show, they had had some very nice rides! The park itself is nice, too. Good place for kids to run & play. I've grown up in this area and the park has come a long way! It was well kept when I visited it last. Nice walking path and basketball court.
Wonderful park for the whole family including walking/ jogging trail, free water park, volleyball, tennis, picnic and eating area, and lots of room to just play in the manicured lawns. Great outdoor fun! The park is a hidden gem in the Shawnee community.
The park is large well maintained and the splash pad is free. This is really a great place in shawnee to visit let the kids run around play in the water on those Oklahoma summer days then have a picnic under the shade of one of the many large trees.
One of the more peaceful parks. Excellent for morning and evening jogs. The splash pad is awesome when it’s maintained as well as the basketball courts. One of my favorite things about this park is the abundance of squirrels. Lol they help spruce it up a bit with their cute antics.
