Beautiful place to hike, but much steeper than I remember from when I hiked here 20 years ago. If you can do it, it's a vacation for the soul.
Very nice short trail with a lot of homemade trolls along the way. The only downside of this hike, is that the golf range is right next to it and you can hear the constant sound of golf balls being hit while you walk. Other than that, it's a nice respite from the city, and the trolls are a very nice addition.
This was so cute and fun. We searched Alltrails for a walk/hike that would be cool because our town was hitting 105° today and Oakland was suppose to be about 70°. We thought we were taking the dogs on a quick 1.4 mile trail, it turned into much longer as we were on a hunt for Trolls. So much to see and so much fun!
A very nice trail. The trolls were a hit with the kids and the swings as well. We, the parents, enjoyed nature and some peace ;). They were some hornets at the entrance next to the bridge.We had one partial hit and luckily an ice pack to solve the problem.
