Confirmed from Briercrest Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Quaint, grassy park featuring playgrounds for kids of all ages, plus benches, picnic tables and shaded areas.

“Lots of shady places here though and places to sit with some interactive areas for mostly kids but adults will enjoy looking at least once.”
“Not much parking but very modern, peaceful urban park.”
Glad I found this park its such a beautiful little area with lots of shade
Beautiful park tucked in near the medical offices in La Mesa - very quiet, street parking only it seems but hasn't been difficult to find a spot, a few swings and sand box but no playground equipment for kids (bummer), good paths for walking or kids scooter.
This is an amazing place for kids. So many enrichment activities. Of note specially are the large percussion instruments, the climbing rock, and the small rolling hills in the grass areas.
Beautiful park tucked away in La Mesa near the hospital. Parking is difficult but the it is worth a walk from down the street.
