Confirmed from Brighton Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean, safe area featuring playground equipment for children, plus tennis courts and picnic pavilions.
What runners say about Brighton Park
“The pavilions are spacious and well maintained, the playground was well-equipped, and the area seemed very safe.”
“I walk for 2 miles I enjoys it just because my son helped build this Park and I feels so peaceful every time I take my walk.”
I walks the Park everyday since my son passed away 5 months ago. I walk for 2 miles I enjoys it just because my son helped build this Park and I feels so peaceful every time I take my walk.
A nice well lit park. Restrooms were really clean. Very spacious, not many people out this particular day. Nice tennis courts and a pretty decent walking trail. Due to the hours you can practically bring your kids anytime of the day. Not much play equipment but still overall it's a nice park.
Very peaceful and GREEN! Clean, safe park. Never any commotion whenever I visit. The park offers Tennis Courts that are well kept, playground for kids and some pavilions for personal picnic/bbq etc. Lots of land and a walking trail for your daily exercise.
Clean, safe, offers seating, 2 tennis courts, safe play space and equipment for kids. Walking track boring and limited. But, you can venture of towards the road. Good place for kids to get some exercise and meet a new friend.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
