Nice quiet walking trails with very little traffic and a lot of old but interesting buildings to check out if your like I am. Pet friendly. It also has a lot of history behind it. It use to be Camp Clinton that housed prisoners of war during World War II.
The mountainbike trails are super fun and maintained very well. Unlike the rest of the entire park, which is an embarrassment and typical for Jackson, MS.
Interesting to explore. Pretty cool dirt roads (with major potholes) to walk on and trails. I plan to take my mountain bike here because there are good trails for that. Saw a turtle. Pretty peaceful and a little bit creepy as far as the abandoned buildings.
Peaceful, beautiful, and natural. I was also able to navigate the main trails, even with a rollater (rolling walker). I can't wait to go back!
