Quaint, small neighborhood park with lamps and paved walkways off of Dearborn Street. The building directly behind it was once an orphanage that was part of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, as was the park. There is a fountain at the entrance behind the wrought iron gate on Dearborn Street.
Quiet little neighborhood park. Great place to stop for a rest on a walk through downtown. The splashes of the fountain are a pleasant background for a lunchtime reading session. The holiday lights are lovely after sunset. The residents are proud of their little gem.
Fun park. It has a spigot and someone has placed a dog bowl meet to it to water your dog. Quiet park with lots of shade. Large old trees.
