USEFUL INFORMATION: If you are going to use your GPS, it will take you a some random neighborhood. Instead use your GPS for directions to the Apple Creek YMCA. Trail access is directly across the street from the YMCA parking lot.
When your on this trail it feels far from the city. Great place for some solitude. Well marked & maintained. Trail good for most bikes. Needs bathrooms!
I just walked / hiked (small inclines - nothing crazy) this Nature Preserve at a time in-between seasons, so the lush greenery wasn't available, but I still enjoyed every minute of being immersed in the trees!
A hidden gem of the Fox Valley! These well-marked trails feature some challenging hills and valleys. A fantastic place for a weeknight hike or trail run.
