Confirmed from C.J. Kelly Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Outdoor recreation area with baseball diamonds & sports fields, plus a pond & play equipment.
What runners say about C.J. Kelly Park
“I'd also like to add that the City of Midland does an awesome job at keeping the park clean and the grounds well-maintained.”
“Lots of stickers in the grass but good quiet relaxing place to feed the ducks”
“Very family friendly and theres a little fish pond there too with a dock.”
Long walkways for my mid to run around, she learned to ride the hop scooter hear. You get to see an amazing sunset here. Lot of photo opportunity too. Wish there were more trees though.
Good place for fishing for small kids, open space for walking . Nice play ground aswell
Nice park where I take my dog on a regular basis and he enjoys going to. There are 2 football/ soccer fields, numerous baseball/ softball fields and batting/ pitching cages with conveniently located concession stands and restrooms with plenty of trees and canopies for shade.
Very nice park has a small lake full of ducks and highest slides in Midland. 4 swings and jogging is possible. Not enough shade but good for colder weather.

- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
