We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Caboose Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a playground and a sledding hill plus a train caboose.
What runners say about Caboose Park

What a great little park! I love that we can access it from the walking trails in Grant Woods. The kids loved the caboose and really enjoyed the variety of equipment. The park was super clean and well maintained, but some of the equipment is outdated and could be replaced.
Trail conditions & character
“Plenty of snow, not too crowded, new tabogin at the top of the hill to keep a great time going for hours, and simply breathtaking at night.”
“Two different sections of parking you can park up top next to the actual caboose park area or lower section next to the baseball field.”
“Only downside is they have two Porta potty‘s no walk-in bathrooms.”
