Confirmed from Cady Way Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Cady Way Trail
“Paved and well maintained.”
One of the best bicycle trails in Orlando. It connects with the Urban Trial from the downtown area and if one takes it all the way, it reaches Seminole County. Goes right through Mead Gardens park. Paved and well maintained. Places nearby to stop by for a drink or a quick energizing bite.
Not a long trail, but good for being in Orlando since much longer trails are outside of the city. I went in the morning to avoid the heat, so it seemed pretty cool.
Great trail for walking, biking, or blading! Very safe! Very long! We start @ Baldwin Park & it goes, all the way, to Oviedo!
Thank you to the management team helping make Cady Way Trail such an awesome bike ride.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
