Confirmed from Cannonball Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Cannonball Trail
Lived here years and didn't hear much about this. Very cool urban trail, about 2 hours casual paced walk. Don't overlook going into the courtyards of the historical sites! The plaques in the sidewalks are good guides. Sites 22-31 were my favorite that neighborhood is gorgeous.
Absolutely a great place to do my daily walking exercises..very pleasant to walk
Excellent walking tour of Norfolk. Lots of history that most people miss
