Confirmed from Canyon Glen Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This park is amazing. It is just a short drive up Provo Canyon from Orem and halfway between the base of the mountain and Sundance Resort. In addition to being located in one of my favorite places in the world it is one of my favorite parks to stop at for many reason it has an ample parking lot.

★★★★★ — Bb , Feb 2022

Such a big, beautiful park good for a huge range of events from birthday parties to family reunions to work or church events. There is a huge pavilion, places to fish in the river, a couple sand volleyball courts, little plastic rock climbing walls (7 ft?

Went on a date here, we had hot chocolate and hiked the trail. There's not a lot of information about the Canyon Glen Loop trail on Google Maps, but it is a loop about 600 feet in elevation, with a wonderful little dirt (unpaved) pathway.

Cool hike (though the beginning can get confusing and was extremely difficult). Pretty views overall and not too bad to do!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
