Part of Arc of Appalachia nature preserves, Cedar Run Trail is a great hike. The trail is well maintained and marked. Along the creek the trail becomes narrow as it makes it's way into some beautiful areas of rock formations, a small waterfall and scenic views of the gorge and creek.
Beautiful walk through a forest, followed by a meadow of Indian grass and goldenrod in the fall to a forest lined with high rock faces and a waterfall. Lots of climbs and descents.
