Confirmed from Cedarock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Disc golf, nature trails & a restored 19th-century farmstead with animals, plus private tours.
What runners say about Cedarock Park
“Not only is the park, beautiful and well maintained, and all that stuff but the people who come here, and my experience are so friendly and just generally pleasant.”

“Whether you’re looking for a peaceful spot to picnic, a fun disc golf outing, or just a serene place to unwind, this park has something for everyone.”
This park has miles of walking and hiking trails. Some are paved. Guide signage keeps you from getting lost. The scenery is beautiful and sometimes even includes wildlife. It's set on an old farm so there are still historic buildings where they also sometimes hold educational programs about life back in the day.
I really enjoyed this trail when you drive in there are several shelters to the side for camping. There’s also a gift shop there too.. it also has a very nice trail with a waterfall at the beginning of it. There is also a a little playground that you can bring kids to.
Highly recommend Cedar Rock Park! We did the Spoon Branch trail first, which was wooded and followed a little creek for a lot of the trail. We then did the connector trail to Rock Creek trail, which was definitely my favorite.
Very nice park/trails. What I like most about it this place is the historical significance - that it was once a working farm with the buildings still standing. I also really enjoy seeing the farm animals up close. Read the signs and you will get a better feeling of what this farm was really like.

“Very nice and refreshing large plenty of space n miles to walk n climb great for families even large crowds”
“It’s very dog-friendly, though leashes are required to help protect the park's natural beauty.”
“If it's summertime, I would recomend playing Cedarock early or first as 90% of the course is wide open with not much shade.”
“And most importantly, real bathrooms with running water.”
