Confirmed from Celestial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green retreat offering running trails & steps engraved with poetry & quotes leading up to a sundial.
What runners say about Celestial Park
“It is well maintained, there are some nice flowers planted, the poetry is a nice touch and there are no public bathrooms.”
“Celestial Park is a serene and beautiful park, known for its unique celestial-themed design.”

Great place to get away and be self-absorbed in your own thoughts (can be wet but never muddy)... I go early or mid-day...take my dog, and go sit at a bench and just watch the morning unfold. When I need an extended walking moment, there is a hidden path.
I went to Celestial park for the first time this weekend with my wife and my dog and we had a blast, it’s a decently sized walking park. It’s super clean, and has really nice couple of spots for taking pictures.
Celestial Park is one of my favorite chill places to relax, meditate and contemplate. Its a small neighborhood park in Addison. There is a walking/jogging trail with a nice grassy meadow area surrounded by mature trees and foliage.
This is one of my favorite places and white rock creek trail is just down the road. Perfect for a quick walk or to just go and sit and enjoy nature for a bit.

“It's a nice enough spot but I don't think I'd call it a park as that, to me, implies public use for multiple activities, and this appears to be mainly a spot to walk your dog.”
“It's smack in the middle of a residential area, with very limited parking, and didn't see any facilities like restrooms, etc, but it's 5 minutes from a restroom, lol.”

- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
