Has an amazing hill to sled but outside of winter months to sit watch the sunrise or sunset. Also a good workout to walk up and down. Bathrooms are available. Soccer and baseball fields available.
We (The Way Church of Joliet) celebrated our Annual Back to School Picnic at the park's pavilion on Sunday, August 13, 2023. The park is very large and well maintained.
Nice park with a walking path. Pretty basic amenities. There is a playground for the kids and lots of green space to run. The park is very well maintained and does not seem to be overly busy at any time but never seems empty either.
I cannot believe how beautiful and peaceful this place is! The space is huge with duck ponds, fishing spots, walking trail, playground, dog areas with waste bags if you forgot, beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings to meditate and breathe. I cannot wait to go back.
