Confirmed from Centennial Gardens' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with picnic tables, benches, and a garden, plus opportunities for walking.

“Beautiful, peaceful, and lovely place to connect with self and nature.”
Lots of Japanese style gardens. Cool walking trail, kinda weird hours but worth it if you can make it during the day
Beautiful park with many different types of plants and garden. Nice walking area and sitting spot. This place changes it beauty in every season.
Continental Gardens is such a hidden gem! They have all kinds of flowers, vegetables, and plants—truly a paradise for garden lovers. I had a really great time just walking around and soaking it all in. And… I may or may not have secretly picked a few wild mulberries to taste—what a sweet surprise!
It's very beatiful place especially in spring and summer. Trees, flowers, and birds are everywhere, I believe that It will give you peace of mind for sure. If you live in Floral Park, it would be wonderful experience to walk through the garden.
