Superb park w a walk path, creek, baseball fields, clean bathrooms and plenty of places to sit w loved ones. A+ park!
We parked here to hike a segment of the Ice Age Trail. Lots of parking. There were kids playing soccer and baseball. When we arrived there were a group of people getting ready for a kayak race. It is a beautiful community park with a beautiful river walk.
Nice place to go for a walk because the Ice Age trail path is paved. Also good to take kids to hangout at the playground. There was a section of path that said "NO DOGS." I'm not sure why but that makes it difficult to take a dog along, which is a bummer. Other than that, beautiful spot.
As far as parks go, this one has everything I want. Open fields for sports, trails along the river for running, bathroom and bubblers (only on/open spring-fall) for emergencies, and a brand new playground if you have kids. Plenty of parking available.
