Confirmed from Center Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green space for relaxation, concerts, art shows and other events.
What runners say about Center Memorial Park
“The park is beautiful and well kept and shaded areas for resting.”
“It's a beautiful small park area with a few benches for sitting & a sidewalk around the center with walkways to enter & exit from all around.”
The occasion was memorial Day and we went for the parade. This was an awesome parade for the city of Manchester. The kids had a great time watching the parade. The park is in the heart of the city and have few benches to settle down. Go for an evening walk in this park.
This park is a lovely place to be. During the summer it is a good place to sit on a bench and crack open a book. I usually just sit down and enjoy a meal from the surrounding restaurants. Make sure to go sledding in the winter, the hill is awesome. Lastly, it has a huge open lawn that kids can run around and play on.
Love the fact it's right next to the library so you can borrow a book and go outside and put a blanket down and read in the summer. Or you can walk up the hill in the fall or spring to get some exercise.
Best experience we have had during the Memorial Day Parade. We usually sit further down the path of the parade. I couldn't believe how much happens in this area. Peaceful and quiet.
