Confirmed from Center Springs Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large park with a disc-golf course, waterfall, looped trail & fishing from a pier on a small lake.

Nice park. One of the best disc golf courses around. The CT DEEP stock the pond with trout and catfish. Lot of nice trails throughout the park as well as a couple of pavilions to picnic in if the weather turns bad. In the summer they run three fountains in the pond with colored lights. Very pretty.
Awesome park! My girlfriend and I come here for picnics all the time! It's relaxing and there's bike trails that circle around the park. This is definitely a great place to go on a nice sunny day.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
