Confirmed from Union Pond Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Tidy, compact park with a pond for kayaking and fishing, along with a gym and picnic tables.

9.4.23 My 1st time driving by, so I decided to explore the area. Lots of parking across the street. There is a small lot at the park, but that's for folks to drop off their kayaks/paddleboards. The water looked extremely dirty and murky, but that's probably from all the rain.

You can sitting and enjoy this beautiful place that make you feel peaceful, or you can walk or run 🏃‍♀️ and be active 💪🏾. It’s easy to find a parking lot.

This park is very unique. Besides beautiful view on the Pond Lake with a molo, and a trail you have a mini gym with small track to run, and exercise stations. Yes, they could add some free body lifting machines, but this is the first park like that in this area so it deserves 5 stars.

Great little park. Clean and has plenty of parking across the street. Flat gravel walking trail, and good fishing access from a pier or the bank. Also a launch for fishing kayaks or a small boat. Overall nice place to spend some time outside while downtown.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
