I call this hike the Cerro Gordo Mountain trail because I park in the Cerro Gordo parking lot, from which you can go either toward the mountain or away from it (that's a different review). This trail may have another name and there are trail numbers.
Well kept parking lot and trails. Porta potty available 🚽. Good place to hike/run to Picacho peak, 3km, 350m ascent.
