Confirmed from Charles C. Winburn Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring 2 ponds, a gazebo & a modern sculpture, plus a paved walking path & a turf field.
What runners say about Charles C. Winburn Park
“Very clean manicured & well maintained.”
“But other than that, this is a very beautiful little park/trail/field.”
I have walked this park so many times throughout my life. The city recently has started controlling the brush or shrubs, which makes it look nice. But I wouldn't cut the weeds and such unless I planned on putting in grass. But other than that, this pond has frogs, small fish, occasional geese and Canadian geese.
Great little park with a little lake no playground that I've seen great for walking, jogging,or just relaxing. It also has a trail that leads to other parks with a creek along the trail with trees & wildlife.
Beautiful space. Went for a walk there on Mother’s Day bc it reminded me of when I used to take my kids there when they were young. And the turtles still sunbathe there. No real parking now, I used to park in the business park on the N side but now there are “no parking/ car will be towed” signs throughout.
I walk my dogs around this park all the time. Giving 4 stars due to the fact that certain parts of it have an inch or so of water in the grass. Great park overall.

- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
