Confirmed from Charlotte Harbor Preserve Nature Walk's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature preserve offering trails where visitors can spot wildlife such as armadillos and alligators.

“Clean Park a lot of animal life running around butterflies clean nice park with walkways”
“Beautiful hike complete with raccoons eating at the bird feeders and a big gator!”
My Partner & I walk at CHP a few times a week. The trails are mostly shaded with natural growth. Trails are marked well, some spots on trail could use a signs but you figure your way around. There are animals all over the area.
Enjoyed a nature walk with the family and able to enjoy the wildlife at the same time.
A must see! Awesome place to hike and enjoy the beauty n wild life! Always doing cool events to enjoy!
Really nice, rugged environmental park.... no place for flip flops... you might make sure to wear sneakers at least high top and you girls might want to wear long pants instead of short shorts lol.. the mosquito population out here is about 10,000 to everyone human.. lots of wildlife to see, lots of nature to take in..
