Confirmed from Trabue Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Trabue Park
Trabue Park is probably better known to most local residents as the eastern end of Punta Gorda's Harborwalk. It's a [mostly] pretty park with spots that are nicely shaded, and with strategically placed benches. There's also a couple of vantage points for looking out on the Peace River.
I love this park it's got boat ramp I'm able to walk my dog it's got restrooms water fountains and a walkway around the nature trail it's just beautiful
Beautiful pathways and pleasant walk. Awesome view of the peace river and a nice dock walk out to the water.
I just had open heart surgery so I am just starting to walk again. This was a great walkway for me! There are numerous benches for me to rest. The walkways are concrete and in great shape. Most are nicely shaded so you can stay cool.
