We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Chase Maddox Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Chase Maddox Park
“It offers two dog parks, a playground, a beautiful pavilion with clean restrooms are A-1.”
“Plus there's a track that a quarter of a mile long so the kiddos have there fun, and parents can take a relaxing walk (great for running also)”
Very nice and clean dog park for pets and family gatherings. The track is awesome for walking.
I understand that this park is named for a fallen officer. Blessings to his family. That said, the park is wonderful! It offers two dog parks, a playground, a beautiful pavilion with clean restrooms are A-1. My favorite is the rubberized track, ideal for a walk, jog, or run - 4 rotations equal a mile.
Nice little playground, a cute dog park, and a track (4 laps = mile). Bathrooms are clean. The kids enjoyed coming here.
Nice quiet park. 2 dog park areas a nice track to walk, run, or bike if you like. My kids enjoyed the playground area. We even had a nice lunch at the picnic tables. All around a nice little park.
