Confirmed from Cherry Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Neighborhood park offering a swimming pool, a children's playground & picnic pavilions.
What runners say about Cherry Park
“There is only one shaded area with about 4 tables all next to each other.”
“Cherry Park is a very peaceful and quiet place to go to to visit and just relax your thoughts!”
The trees have "dinosaur eggs" that should be collected and buried in the sand so they can hatch (if your kid is 3 or 4). It is a really nice park with sun, shade, great playground options. There is a nice walkway and plenty of great picnic spots. The waterpark/pool is the best $5.
This is a nice little park to take the kids to. There's lots of different pieces of playground equipment, alongside a large grassy area for the kids to run around on. They also have public restrooms, so that's a bonus!
We always go there for their bathrooms and to walk around the park and love goin swimming there are always nice inviting talkative people walking and enjoying life it's a beautiful Park quiet easy to get to all the way around handicap accessible my son used to practice football there.
Clean, bathrooms available, swinging benches, lots of sitting along the pathway. Just took my lil dog for a walk & some training & this was a great area to get some distraction exposure but small enough to practice off leash as well.
