Confirmed from Chuck Crume Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🐕 dog-walking favorite 4 mentions

“Till about half an hour and my dogs loved it! I have a friendly German Shepherd he loved all the trees and places to hide lol”

Great place to take a quick break from your busy day and life. Awesome spot to take your dog or go on a quick walk or run. Beautiful scenery all around. Makes you feel like you're in the middle of a forest right in the middle of town.

Amazing! Barely ever anyone there, but lots of birds and makes for a nice walk. Lots of different paths to take, and even some nice places to set up a picnic.

★★★★★ — Reed , May 2023

This trail is tucked away behind a church (was confused when i drove into a church parking lot), and it is perfect for those who aren't necessarily ready for a full-blown hike. This is definitely walking friendly, and my two year old had no problem walking by himself.

★★★★☆ — Alexandra , Feb 2024

Walking trail in the woods in the city. That's the best way I can describe it. Some paths are maintained with wood chips and some and just cut enough to make them a walking path. Everything is covered so that's a plus for sure. A few different entrances but parking behind the church is the easiest.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 8 mentions

“There was a secluded feeling, and we only saw two people walking their dogs.”
