Confirmed from Claude Allison Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nice spot with a playground, slides and swings for kids and fields for baseball and volleyball.
What runners say about Claude Allison Park
“is right there which is Great in case of a emergency & on occasion you might even see Redford Police there too keeping the peace 👍 As far a I know its a very safe place & Clean.”
Its a nice little park. Especially if you want to take your dog for a walk. There's 2 baseball diamonds. A small skaters area. They could use a nice big shade tree ~ LO L ~ the Fire Dept.
This place feels like home. This park has multiple baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground w/swings (that is a must for the kids), a trail and picnic tables. We have spent many summet days and evenings here.
Nice park for people of all ages, even different areas for different activities. There's small play areas for toddlers, short slides, protected swings and jungle gym like area. There's a separate play area for older children with the same activities.
A nice place for a hour long walk with a friend (furry or otherwise). Newer sturdy playground equipment, 5 fields for base/soft ball, and 4 high quality tennis courts. The pavilion seats about 50, and there's also a pleasant gazebo to rest at before heading back, if you walked to the park from somewhere else.
Trail conditions & character
“Would be 5 stars if bathrooms were open year round.”
“Especially if you want to take your dog for a walk.”
