Confirmed from Handy Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly park featuring a playground and a splash pad that's popular in the summer.
What runners say about Handy Park
“Any of you reading this please keep the park clean and family friendly.”
A lot of parking. Nice size play area, mainly for 3 year old and up. Water park is amazing. All the kids were having so much fun. The seating area is shaded with garbage cans on each corner. I didn't see a bathroom but nor was I looking for one, so it might have been one. Nice amount of land to run around.
very nice and clean park nice parking..very family friendly..a walking trail.. they have a splash pad.. it's quiet...nice family park with a shelter to rent for events..we enjoyed ourselves and we felt safe.I will return soon even just to walk the trail and relax.
The kids had fun on the splash pad. Very crowded, small area. I took my son here to ride his balance bike. The people who reserved the pavilion inconveniently decided to block off the paved walking path with a dj booth.
